Are you able to download the Links extension, install it, and bring it up in photoshop? If so, did you place a .psb or .psd file ? if you placed a .psd , retry with a .psb file. also, sometimes after placing the file, there is still a red circle and exclamation point beside the file name in the links window, and i have to relink the file in order for it to properly link. Please let me know if these suggestions don't work. Sorry to hear your having trouble with this.

Are you able to download the Links extension, install it, and bring it up in photoshop?

If so, did you place a .psb or .psd file ? if you placed a .psd , retry with a .psb file.

also, sometimes after placing the file, there is still a red circle and exclamation point beside the file name in the links window, and i have to relink the file in order for it to properly link.
