So here a little splash of fun today! Kevin, my brother-in-law asked me to make a flier for there up-coming penny war. Here is my interpretation. Its fun to do a no-boundry project every once and a while!

The CD Cover Meme:
1. quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four words of the very last quote is the title of your album.

The first article title on the page is the name of your band.

1. Helping other people helps me.
2. Having guts always works out for me.
3. Thinking that life will be better in the future is stupid. I have to live now.
4. Organising a charity group is surprisingly easy.
5. Being not truthful always works against me.
6. Everything I do always comes back to me.
7. Assuming is stifling.
8. Drugs feel great in the beginning and become a drag later on.
9. Over time I get used to everything and start taking for granted.
10. Money does not make me happy.
11. My dreams have no meaning.
12. Keeping a diary supports personal development.
13. Trying to look good limits my life.
14. Material luxuries are best enjoyed in small doses.
15. Worrying solves nothing.
16. Complaining is silly. Either act or forget.
17. Everybody thinks they are right.
18. If I want to explore a new direction professionally, it is helpful to try it out for myself first.
19. Low expectations are a good strategy.
20. Everybody who is honest is interesting.
Many of these I find very true, but especially #9. It is so easy to forget how good I have it.
Also, #20 really encourages me. I shouldn’t try to be anyone or anything else.
Any thoughts?

“so hard for it honey”
So Im working with Jonathan on a project. Although the hours have been just plain silly, we have had a good time cranking out marvels together
This morning we officially declaired ourselves as nerds. While my co-workers dream of designer handbags and shoes, I dream of a minivan and a stoller… and I wouldn’t change those dreams for the world. I may not be quite ready for motherhood, but its nice to look forward to.
Give this link a listen, she is like a sober Amy Winehouse: video 1
Also here is a fun trick Jonathan learned the other day! I think its lovely!
to this:
And finally a little advise for the married type. When getting frustrated and ready for a fight with your partner, you must loose the clothes! Thats right, fighting naked is the only way to fight! (of course, if you have kids at that weird, don’t see mommy and daddy naked stage, maybe you should only fight in private) But usually, you will laugh enough to forget what you were fighting about.

So John the Baptist said this a long time ago, John told them, “If you have two coats, give one to someone who doesn’t have any. If you have food, share it with someone else.” Luke 3:11
and here is an opportunity for the next two weeks, buy a laptop, in my opinion the most innovative laptop / computer / tool ever!!, and you give a laptop (and so much more) to a child overseas.
wow. i don’t think gadgets / generosity / innovation have ever mixed so beautifully. I want to do this, but i don’t need a laptop. maybe i’ll just give both.
my oh my. check the site. the laptop would actually do most everything the average person needs. and see if you want one.

wow! so much has been going on lately, I don’t know where to begin!! i’ll try to keep it brief, so here it goes: since I started following Jesus about 10 years ago, I’ve wanted to offer my life back up as a sacrifice to Him wholeheartedly. in the early days, the only way i knew how to do this was through either becoming a pastor or a missionary. again, to be brief, let’s just say God has brought me a long way in my understanding of following Him. He is continuing to teach me the ways of His kingdom, and how Jesus has broken down the barriers between all of humanity and Himself, and is now calling each of us back to Himself, and in turn to be ministers in every context He has placed us in.
After wrestling with the question of what VOCATION God has called me to for a while now, I am moving ahead back into full time design! i loved studying design at louisiana tech, and have enjoyed the freelance projects over the last two years, and after much prayer, thought, and wise advice, I’m finally at peace with this direction. just as you might imagine, God is blowing me away right now with His faithfulness and the way that He provides when I obey.
more details to come soon…
