Adolai 2.5 Months
Its two days before Adolai’s surgery and 3 days from closing on our new house. To pass the time and try and keep positive, why not make my little girl smile and snap some photos of it. Oh, and yes, I am posting the last two months all today! I’m sure I will be a bit of a basket case while we are at the hospital waiting on our baby… For now I feel calm and very thankful we have found what the lump is and how to fix it. For information’s sake, she has a hernia in her pelvis area that her ovary can fall into. The danger in that is her ovary twisting and possibly loosing blood supply. Its a small cut and a surgery that will take 45mins. We will probably be at the hospital for most of the day, but we can bring her home that evening. Praying that we would feel a peace and calm during the process and that everything is routine and successful. My sister suggested asking the surgeon’s success rate on this procedure… I think I’ll just believe its 100%! More updates and photos to come. Glad to have the resources to heal our baby and excited to be in our new home.
